Job Title: Assistant Manager, Digital & e-Commerce, IT Cosmetics DMI

 

Division: L’Oreal LUXE

 

Location: 111 Town Square, Jersey City, NJ

 

Reports To: Vice President, Digital ITC DMI 

 

 

 

IT COSMETICS, DIGITAL CONTENT ASSISTANT MANAGER 
 

The IT Cosmetics DMI Assistant Manager, Digital & e-Commerce, reporting to VP Digital, manages all content elements for the brand at every digital consumer touch point across the communication funnel—integrating insights and competitive research throughout. With an eye for content and obsession for data and research, you are responsible for informing content strategy with data and insights and ensuring a continuous cycle of optimization to ensure best-in-class assets. Organization, collaboration, and ability to influence are critical for this role as you will be tracking formats and distributing content across teams:

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
 

DIGITAL INSIGHTS 

  • Become the digital trend expert for your brand category and ensure trends and insights are used to create content that converts 
  • Integrate digital data from a variety of sources to identify key global and emerging trends for your brand category; ensure all strategy is driven by data and consumer first 

 

 

DIGITAL CONTENT FOR NEW LAUNCHES

  • Creating digital brief base on DMI marketing’s brief, competitor insights and drive country’s input and ensuring content meets best practices across all e-commerce channels.
  • Supporting the digital shoots to have digital content that leads to best-in-class division/ group/ brand guideline 
  • Executing the digital assets deliverable with rounds of feedbacks with creative and marketing team. 
  • Delivering the assets in a communication book in the digital portion globally, so the country can easier understand the asset list and better use them in the digital activations. 

 

DIGITAL CONTENT FOR ALWAYS ON 

  • Execute two annuals always on digital shoots plus manage asset develop either internally or with external agency resources 
  • Communicating with global country and understand the needs for digital assets for dual-axe, link sales, supporting hero products 
  • Developing and executing digital tentpole moments content to support all e-business. 

 

SEO BRAND TERRITORIES + MONITORING

  • Lead SEO via monitoring and research to continuously refine and optimize our assets, copy and content to drive maximum visibility in search engines.
  • Leverage communication skills to help to coordinate between cross-functional teams and with different markets and Zones 

 

AI INNOVATION

  • Monitor predictive and generative AI trends & tools
  • Lead on day-to-day management of internal AI tools and share out best practices & learnings 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that AI optimizations are implemented across digital content 
     
     

 

 

What We Are Looking For:

 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).

1-5 years of Experience

Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint 

Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and Problem-Solving Skills

Must be able to work within timelines, with attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency

Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills

Promotes a Culture of Collaboration and Teamwork

Process-Oriented Mindset Along With High Level of Curiosity

Ability to Take Initiative, Act Proactively & Drive Projects to the Finish Line

Salary Range: $82,900 - $118,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
