Reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Director, Strategic Enablement, the Senior Manager, Digital Engagement will lead endo-marketing programs and product experience strategy for Johnson & Johnson learning & development efforts. Johnson & Johnson recognizes the importance of being ahead of the curve to meet our employees’ needs and in 2022, we launched a new learning & development ecosystem to support our employees in the acquisition of new skills, identification of potential career paths and internal job opportunities.
This role will play a pivotal role in educating employees on the value of upskilling, fostering engagement with our learning ecosystem, driving content consumption and empowering our employees to take on their next career challenge. You will collaborate close with a cross-functional team to craft compelling content, create endo-marketing campaigns and advancing the platforms experience strategy to address the evolving needs our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategies to improve credibility and promote the adoption of our learning and development ecosystem.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality and engaging content, including articles, videos, emails, webinars and other potential formats to be leveraged for audience engagement.
- Discover possibilities to enhance the platform functionality and personalize the user experience.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and create toolkits for partners to increase awareness of our career planning tools and development content
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future efforts.
- Keep platform visual guidelines up to date and aligned with J&J brand. Develop visual guidelines to the learning & development community.
- Foster connections, encourage collaboration, and secure agreements among all involved parties.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of business experience.
- Experience developing and implementing attraction and engagement marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and how several channels work together.
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and successfully navigate a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources and workload in a complex environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, communications, and consulting abilities.
- Team-player, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to formulate and implement a strategy.
- Experience managing in-house agency and internal partners to develop high-quality creative.

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
