Job Requirements:
Required:
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, or other closely related field
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Community service experience
- Leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to build external and internal relationships
- Ability to work proactively, independently and in team setting with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Specific Job Functions:
- Actively participate in a Communications internship gaining valuable on-the-job training
- Work with assigned mentors to gain experience and first-hand knowledge
- Present how Fidelity Bank appears on social media versus the competition
- Explore virtual and in-person networking opportunities to grow our brand
- Research response rates for various outbound sales activities
- Spend time with sales team to understand go-to market strategies
- Spend time in the field on joint calls and networking events
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your career and build internal and external relationships
- Participate in community building activities with managers
- Adhere to guidelines of trainee program
- Complete a thorough evaluation of the department at the internship completion
- Performs other duties as appointed by management.
- Complies with regulatory rules and regulations, evidenced through successful completion of training, and demonstrated ability.
