Studio Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Studio Coordinator will support all production efforts both in Studio and offsite. The Senior Studio Coordinator is a key member of the production team and offers support to the Production Lead and Studio Facilities Coordinator while working directly with the Studio and Creative Teams to help execute high quality content for the website and our Social channels.
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):

• Ensure production product is pushed out within designated timeframes
• Ensure production product is properly tagged and updated in AX
• Collaborate with other team members as needed to accomplish goals
• Escalate issues to the Production Lead
• Provide support with pre-production, production, and post- production both in Studio and on location
• Assist team with Studio set needs: wall moves, features, supplies
• Work with the Studio team to execute off-site productions: assembly, loads, offloads, staging
• Assist with various studio and marketing projects, as needed
• Travel to offsite production locations
• Will drive the rental transportation trucks/vehicles (16ft-24ft) and cargo vans for various supply/rental pick ups
• Manage and maintain asset and asset tracking system

SCOPE & IMPACT:
Fill the role of PA and Warehouse Associate saving organization from hiring contractors to fill these roles. Usual fee for a single day of work for a PA is $350
Help Manage asset inventory worth $100k
Participate in producing of all marketing content
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
3 years of experience in merchandising, logistics, production coordination or related field. Valid Class C Driver's License
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years of experience in Studio production
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Google Suite products including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Prolonged periods of walking and traverse around the studio floor
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
COMPENSATION: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
