Student Integration Analyst
Job Summary:
The Integrations team seeks a productive and team-oriented individual to join as a Student Integration Technician. The student technician will work closely with all Integration Analysts, Integration Developers, as well as the System Administrators for Salesforce, Workday, and Ellucian Banner to assist with documentation, requirements, tracking, testing, and deployment of ITS supported integrations.

Responsibilities / Duties:
This position will work closely with the Integration Analyst to track, gather requirements, document, test and deploy our Integration requests.
Student Technicians will assist with ticket triaging for the team as well as basic troubleshooting of common and known issues.
The position will include creating and modifying new and current documentation and training material needed for both the internal team and users across the University.
Qualifications:
Student specialist must have excellent verbal and written communication with strong basic computer skills.
Ability to follow directions and adhere to department procedures. Must be team-oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service.
Computer troubleshooting experience highly desired.
Multi-tasking and professionalism are essential.
Customer service experience is a plus as well as experience in the following:
- Service Now
- Jira
- LucidChart
- Informatica
- PL/SQL
- XML
