Description:
Compensation: $79,000- $110,000 per year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 7.5% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge in the SDLC
- Experience facilitating project meeting, requirements gathering and follow ups
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Professional experience with interoperability and ability to read and understand technical specifications including:
- Hl7 v2 and FHIR
- Professional knowledge and experience and/or working with large system EHRs
- Experience with large system EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.)
- Experience with interoperability and ability to read and understand technical specifications including HL7 v2 and FHIR
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science (or similar relevant specialization) or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of analysis experience in a technical environment
- 2+ years with interface or integration platform experience

Responsibilities:
- Communicate technical and functional requirements with external stakeholders and users.
- Communicate and verify data requirements with external and internal technical teams to ensure the successful filing of data between systems.
- Act as Project Lead to manage each of the integrations between Ambry and customers as meeting leader taking active notes and assigning and following-up on assigned tasks.
- Report project status updates to ensure IT and Sales management teams understand current state, next steps, and project timelines.
- Work with Technical Leads to develop solutions that align with defined business logic, goals, and objectives, and determine the technical and operational feasibility of said solution.
- Identify and report impact of proposed software solution on other systems and workflows.
- Develop diagrams and flowcharts to assist development team in their understanding of the software development solution.
- Work with QA to develop test plans.
- Create acceptance criteria, and training material for end users.
- Work with QAs to test and validate developed features against requirements and coordinate end user validation.
- Coordinate change control protocols that ensure the business approval of production deployments.
- Become technical subject matter expert for EHR Integration process
