Student Information System Project Support Representative - Institutional Research

Job Summary

The Student Information System Project Support Representative will support staff with current business process tasks in PeopleSoft as a backfill during the new Workday Student system implementation project.

Primary Responsibilities

• Run processes in PeopleSoft.
• Maintain communications and data audits.
• Backfill support will be assigned to specific individuals working on the Student Information System Project in various departments.
• Perform duties as assigned to keep office running smoothly as a backup for full time staff.

Requirements

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft student system or related integrated administrative computer systems.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Current student with at least 1 year of classes remaining is preferred.
• Commit to at least two years of employment.
