JOB TITLE: Student-Athlete Welfare & Development Intern

PAY RATE: $15.75

JOB SUMMARY:
The Student-Athlete Welfare and Development Intern will assist with the organization and implementation of Life Skills and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming, conduct research on a wide range of topics, and assist with events for student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the Student-Athlete Welfare and Development office with the organization and implementation of Life Skills and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming. - 40%
- Conduct Student-Athlete Welfare and Development research on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to, staffing models, budgeting, and industry trends. - 20%
3.Assist the Student-Athlete Welfare and Development office with events for student-athletes, coaches, and staff. - 40%
QUALIFICATIONS
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
