We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our HHS client.
Location: Remote
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide thought-leadership and strategy to develop impactful client deliverables, including SOPs, talking points, and recommendations for workflow and process improvements.
- Leverage expertise in systems thinking to inform recommendations on changes to structures, processes, and procedures required to achieve organizational strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with a team to establish frameworks and models for eliciting stakeholder feedback and effectively facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Maintain primary client relationships to deliver products that exceed expectations and build trust in the relationship.
- Collaborates with client leadership to set expectations for deliverables, shape work product development, and ensure quality delivery.
- Facilitate client Integrated Product Teams and stakeholder engagement events to elicit feedback and gather inputs for work product development.
- Work with clients to conduct stakeholder analysis and define project management approaches.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Interface with stakeholders internal and external to the federal agency to elicit feedback.
- Support senior leadership decision boards that govern the progress of efforts and address risks or issues affecting success.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- 3+ years professional experience in client delivery within the federal, healthcare, or cybersecurity sectors (Nice to Have)
- Experience and/or knowledge of consulting methodologies such as change management and project management.
- Demonstrated communications management skills and communications and customer relationship management software skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Change Management or similar Organizational Change Certification
- PMP Certification
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in the field of organizational development and leadership, communications, psychology, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
