- Candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of a product division, defining the segmentation of our product portfolio and the strategies associated with each portfolio element, coalescing the breadth of our product development into a consistent set of milestones and objectives.
- Candidate must be conversant in semiconductors, capable to interact with broad range of functional groups with the end goal of establishing alignment within the division including Engineering, Process, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Candidate must be able to initiate the development, definition, and defense of our strategy, creating compelling presentations and articulating strategies that are aligned across all functional groups within the division including Engineering, Process, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Candidate will be responsible for the development and articulation of these strategies to meet business objectives, presenting to all levels of the organization including senior leadership and on occasion to our C-level
- Candidate will translate these strategies into a set of deliverables (OKRs), driving and tracking the organization's progress of tasks and actions linked to these deliverables
Functional Knowledge
- An engineering background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a product/program/project management and/or product development capacity.
- Comfortable with MS Powerpoint as a key media for presentations and MS Excel as an analytical tool to generate data to support strategies presented.
Business Expertise
- Demonstrates a working understanding of the semiconductor industry and its technologies, familiarity with the different device technologies and the drivers associated with these devices that impact the direction and demand of today's chipmakers and their subsequent requirements of wafer fab equipment.
Leadership
- Capable to influence a diverse set of individuals, driving actions that support the aligned set of deliverables. Capable to lead discussions across all levels of the organization including senior leadership and on occasion to our C-level.
Capacity for Complexity
- Candidate must be comfortable to work within a highly integrated environment with multiple and diverse functional groups with strong interpersonal skills to build consensus

U.S. Salary Range:
$140,000.00 - $192,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
