Rise Store Coordinator

Foster Love is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our vision is to improve the lives of foster children in America, who often find themselves forgotten and neglected by the public.

We are seeking an individual who would manage our onsite store and act as a one person team. This individual will manage the Rise Store and improve the quality of the service. The Rise Store individual must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions regarding goods and services.
• Maintain a well-organized and orderly storefront that aligns with Foster Love’s image.
• Display and organize products in the store for customers to locate easily
• Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on the shelves.
• Handle record keeping and ordering systems.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized and orderly
• Assist customers in the fitting rooms by bringing additional clothing options or multiple sizes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Requirements:
• At least 1 year in Fashion Merchandise or related Retail.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Ability to spend an extended period working in a standing position.
• Attention to detail is essential for building and stocking displays.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Must be able to lift and carry the same from shelves and otherwise transport up to 50 pounds to every area of the store or storeroom.
• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks occasionally.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

TIME COMMITMENT

• Full time, on site
• Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 PM PST
• Hourly rate $20-$25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
