Our facility in Stennis, MS seeks a Facilities Manager to join our mission. Virtually every Space mission success starts with a strong foundation of facility infrastructure.
As a Facilities Manager, you'll use your education and experience to take on interesting challenges and become an integral part of our team as we build new or redesign current, state of the art engineering facilities. We operate in a dynamic environment to stay ahead of facility infrastructure needs and construction innovations. Projects include anechoic & thermal vacuum chamber test areas, critical manufacturing & assembly areas, technology support operations centers and cutting-edge customer demonstration capabilities to name a few.
In this role, you'll use innovative approaches and provide leadership that will help facilitate our ability to achieve mission success.
In this role, your primary focus will be managing the Preventive Maintenance Program utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) tools, technology and principals, and Production Equipment Maintenance and Repair.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will...
• Oversee the management of Stennis Facilities maintenance and operations.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance and repair of facility infrastructure systems and components including clean rooms, boilers, high-voltage power, and domestic/process/gas utility piping distribution systems; HVAC, chiller plant, and control systems; compressed air systems; overhead cranes; building automation systems, and general aesthetic facility maintenance.
• Align Preventative Maintenance tasks and intervals for Facilities infrastructure equipment to meet both regulatory requirements and best practices comply with federal, state, & local environmental regulations and LMSSC Environmental Health & Safety (ESH) Command Media.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Facilities maintenance personnel.
• Develop Scopes of Work (SOW) for Preventative Maintenance and Repair work.
• Coordinate closely with Capital project execution teams working on-site.
• Manage contractors in the operation, maintenance and construction of infrastructure systems to ensure they deliver.
• Manage and forecast overhead budget expenditures and staffing needs.
• Provide detailed reporting presentations on the status of site projects/initiatives to management.
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of Facilities Operations-related experience
• 5+ years of (formal or informal) leadership experience in a Facilities Operations capacity
• Experience providing oversight and guidance to contractor workforces
Desired skills
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar discipline preferred
• Experience developing and/or managing Preventive Maintenance Programs
• Experience developing and/or managing Production Equipment/Tooling Maintenance Programs
• Experience with Asset Management
• In depth experience working in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Certification: Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
• Experience in managing Safety Plans and, System of Safety inspection documentation
• Experience in Facilities Risk Management/Root Cause Analysis
• Experience in a manufacturing environment as its related to manufacturing, service or repair of automated machinery

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $96,700 - $185,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $111,200 - $209,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
