BioTalent are proud to represent a world leading Medical Device pioneer on the search for an Facilities Manager to join their renowned site in Mississippi.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring labour and capital expenditures, and always prioritising safety, quality, service, and cost-effectiveness.

You will be Responsible for:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities in production, critical utilities, and facility areas.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 35 people
- Drive projects aligned with business objectives and contribute to equipment purchasing decisions
- Research, assess, and provide input on capital projects and new technology installations.
- Oversee site energy management programs and ensure effective equipment maintenance and documentation
- Initiate and guide lean manufacturing activities, tracking key performance indicators for continual improvement
You will bring the following:
- Strong Facilities and Operations experience in a GMP Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Biotech/Biologics/Food Manufacturing environment
- Experience with Critical Facilities e.g. steam generators and compressors
- Minimum of Bachelors in Engineering
- Strong team and people management experience
