We currently seek to hire a Facilities Manager to oversee our maintenance department of 400 residential rental units in the Belhaven neighborhood. This person will hire and support up to six maintenance techs, help us maintain tools and company vehicles, and manage vendor relations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Hiring, supporting, and overseeing technicians
- Deligation and service scheduling
- Inventory Management
- Vendor Relations
- Facility, Equipment, and Tool Management
- Documenting and Reporting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
