Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Utilize social media platforms and other online resources for candidate sourcing and recruitment advertising
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Evaluate potential candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of current employees
- Manage talent acquisition processes to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for talent management
Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Experience in conducting employee orientation programs
- Ability to evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Knowledge of training development processes to enhance employee skills
