Job Title:Sales Representative Western Region

With a dedicated team of 50 employees and nearly $20 million in sales, we are poised for growth in the construction industry. We are currently seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales in the untapped Western Region of the United States.
Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding our presence in the western US by developing dealer partnerships, managing existing accounts, and leveraging industry contacts to generate new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for a candidate with heavy equipment sales experience, particularly in hydraulic attachments such as hammers and cutters/grinders. The successful candidate will be a key player in achieving a potential yearly sales volume of $2-5 million.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an established book of business while identifying new opportunities in the western US territory.
- Develop and maintain dealer relationships to enhance sales and market penetration.
- Travel extensively (60-70%) throughout the western half of the US to meet clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize industry experience and relationships to differentiate our offerings from competitors like Epiroc.
- Remain proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems to track sales and client interactions.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in heavy equipment sales, particularly with hydraulic attachments for construction and mining applications.
- Strong dealer development experience and industry contacts.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to fly as needed.
