Job Description
We have an immediate need to add 2 entry-Level Recruiters to help us continue our growth. The position will provide qualified individuals with a great experience to learn and understand the recruiting space and may lead to a promotion to a full desk recruiting position. No experience is necessary as we are eager to train high energy, results-driven, and motivated individuals that possess excellent oral and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, and a desire to succeed.
Job Description:
-Use state of the art technology and one’s own creative techniques to network with and find ideal candidates for job orders that need to be filled.
-Assist in gathering and organizing documents that are required for candidate submittal and review and follow up to ensure that they are received on time.
-Assist in onboarding accepted candidates in completing necessary HR paperwork.
-Coordinate and schedule additional onboarding requirements such as drug screening, background checks, and health screening items.
-Work with a sense of urgency and commitment to achieve objectives.
Job Requirements:
-Outstanding oral and written communication skills a must.
-Excellent on the phones making up to 100 calls per day and documenting activity in our customer relationship management system.
-Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks at once under strict deadlines.
-Comfortable with technology and proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Career Builder, and other job boards a plus.
-Bachelors Degree
Compensation:
-Full-Time Position, M-F, 8:30 am-5 pm
-$20 per hour based on experience
-$500+ monthly bonus based on achieving company-defined goals and objectives
