Job Description
We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Customer Service Call Center to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing support with our staffing app. while resolving staffing issues. We are hiring for 8am-4pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about scheduled employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Staffing issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer schedules.
- Develop and maintain accurate scheduling records and communication with our employees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients, employees and co-workers.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Excellent written, verbal, and documentation communication skills
