Staffing Coordinator

HIRING FULL TIME !

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be doing the schedules for the nurses here in our 160 bed facility. It will be a on call position, full time.

### Duties:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to let them know the staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with employees

-make monthly schedules for staff and communicate with nursing team
- Support the onboarding process by following up with them to see if they need support

-be on call 24 hours a day to deal with call offs or changes that need to be made to schedule
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring activities

### Requirements:

- Previous experience in talent acquisition or staffing coordination preferred
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
