Job Summary
If you're interested in HR Coordinator job, then this is the best role for you. You will provide HR support to Plant Management in the functional areas of recruiting/job advertisement, employment coordination, employee onboarding, employee attendance, performance management tracking, and overall employee relations.
- Admin assistant experience is preferred; - it’s more of an entry level role with some admin experience.
- Minimal to no HR experience can also be considered;
- I9 experience/ invoice experiences is a plus;
- Will work alone in the shop, main contact between the account manager and employees;
- Customer service experience is a plus;
- Speaking in front of the people, good people skills;
- Good with computer;
- Bilingual - Spanish
