Terra Staffing Group, in collaboration with a Mochi Ice Cream manufacturer, is expanding its team and seeking an On-site Staffing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and quality performance. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of employee development, coaching individuals on performance, conducting regular check-ins to ensure job satisfaction, and maintaining a keen focus on safety protocols. Your impact will extend across the facility, where you'll lead by example to create an inclusive, safe, and harassment-free work environment.
On-site Staffing Coordinator Job Duties:
- Coach, train, and support employees
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Facilitate a safe and harassment-free work environment
- Cultivate relationships with department leads, supervisors, HR, and Managers
- Manage employee onboarding processes
- Work side by side on the production lines
- Support break relief for employees
On-site Staffing Coordinator Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead role in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading an inclusive work culture
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reliable transportation for regular travel between the TERRA office and client site
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Shifts May vary
Pay: $20.42-$27/hour
