In your new role you will:
- Develop and maintain systems and applications to help ensure maximum efficiency in a complex 24/7semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Play a vital role inFab25.
- Work closely with other IE team members, programmers, operations management, factory systems and upper management to provide critical factory information.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have experience with capacity modeling, data analysis, WIP management, dispatching, Lean Six Sigma and team leadership.
- Ability to channel your passion for efficiency into tangible actions that result in improvements to factory operations.
- Must be self-motivated and eager to tackle a wide range of projects.
- Strong desire to succeed in a high impact, fast paced environment and have the skills and character traits necessary to help the group meet its mission.
- Ability to work closely with others, tackle complicated problems, take ownership of issues, be creative, and drive projects to completion.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- We are looking for a team member with 3-4 years of practical Industrial Engineering experience.
- Experience in manufacturing required.
- Prefer experience with semiconductor manufacturing including support of one or more areas: Diffusion/Implant/Films/CMP/Photo/Etch.
- Must be an excellent communicator and have a leadership mentality.
- Demonstrated ability in operational management and driving process improvements.
- Preferred experience/exposure: RTD, SQL, UNIX/Linux, OEE, TOC, Office
