Job Title: Staff Accountant

Summary:
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the bookkeeping of multiple clients in QuickBooks Online. This position requires keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and accountability. You must be organized and be able to multitask as well as work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintain Client transactions in QBO
2. Account Reconciliation
3. Month-End Close Journal Entries
4. Review Client Financial Statements
5. Assist Accounting Manager with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:

· Self-Starter
· Problem Solver
· Organized and detail oriented.
· 3-5 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience required.
· 3-5 years of QBO experience required.
· Multiple Client Experience required.
· Advanced Excel Experience a plus
· Ability to reconcile multiple accounts.
