Part Time Accountant/Bookkeeper Bilingue

Location: Miami, FL (Remote)

As part of our growth, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in a remote capacity, based in the Miami area.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, financial statements, and other accounting reports.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues.
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
• Support the financial reporting process for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize expertise in QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting software, and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• CPA certification.
• Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards.

Remote Work:
This position is remote. The successful candidate will be expected to work efficiently and independently.

Payment:
A payment of 20$USD an hour is offered and the work demands 25h a week.
