Staff Accountant
Job Description

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
- Daily cash balancing of NetSuite to bank
- Daily remote check deposit
- Auditing Consultants’ mileage expense reports
- Creating reports and saved searches in NetSuite
- Assist in cash application if necessary
- Month-end journal entries including memorized prepaid amortizations
- Several Balance Sheet account analyses
- Any tasks, or special projects directed by the President / CEO or other corporate officers that contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
● College degree in Accounting required
● 5-7 years relevant experience

⮚ Must have excellent courteous and professional telephone, oral and written
communication skills to effectively speak with clients as well as office staff, at all levels.

⮚ Excellent organizational skills
⮚ Mid level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Gmail
⮚ Experience in dealing in extremely fast-paced environment
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to have full use of hands and arms and must be able to
speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally
required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The
employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The job of Staff Accountant is classified exempt. This is an in the office position.
