This rapidly growing company has two manufacturing plants and four distribution centers in the United States and distributes products in five continents.We are seeking warehouse associates to join our team.
Position Overview
Our company is experiencing rapid growth operating in the nutritional supplement and health manufacturing sector. We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team. This is a fast-paced working environment with strong leadership, a highly motivated team, and fun but challenging projects and tasks.
The most successful candidate will exhibit passion for our business and company mission, be a team player, propose innovative solutions to challenging situations, and lean on their foundational background to correctly apply transactions in our reporting system, and reconcile a suite of assigned accounts. He or she will play a critical supporting role to the Senior Accountant and others within the Finance & Accounting organization. This is a full-time salaried position.
Essential Job Functions
- Apply a large volume of pay receipts (both credit card deposits and electronic payments) to the customer record both timely and accurately
- Reconcile ending bank balance to reporting system and track/quantify timing differences
- Research bank payments and other transactions to ensure appropriate application in general ledger
- Collaborate with customer support teams to research and resolve customer chargebacks
- Maintain and regularly update lists of outstanding checks and deposits
- Provide support to financial reporting close activities as needed
- Review current processes and workflows and make recommendations to improve
- Utilize system reports and Microsoft tools to analyze information
- Assist with research and support for annual audit requests, as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or 2+ years comparable working experience
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and carry out day-to-day responsibilities with little or no supervision
- Ability to process a large volume of transactions with consistency and at a high rate
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written and communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
- General computer proficiency including Microsoft Office is required and NetSuite knowledge is a plus

This is largely a sedentary role; however, the duties require the use of the hands to type and the ability to communicate, requires the ability to move about, some duties may occasionally require the ability to lift to 20 lbs.
