- Operational safety and performance
- Efficient operations and supervisory roles of all direct reports
- Management of systems and procedures, and policies
- Compliance with all contract deliverables and contractual obligations
- Coordination with maintenance contractor for training and movement of equipment
- Documentation of procedures and accurate record keeping
- Inputs for WLC and Budgets
- Invoicing and Procurement of materials, hours and ancillary expenses
- The SRS US Site Manager must demonstrate, at a minimum, three (3) years of Project Management, or equivalent experience, including at a minimum, three (3) years Rolling stock maintenance
- The SRS US Site Manager will ensure the client’s goals for service contracts includes a focus on safety, quality, customer service, performance, regional cost efficiencies, innovation, and state of good repair
- Provide on-site leadership to support Mobilization and Maintenance
- Provide on-site leadership to support future TSSSA contract
