On-Site Resident Manager - 32 Units In Northridge

PART-TIME on-site RESIDENT MANAGER responsibilities include:

• Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
• Enforcing lease terms
• Light cleaning
• Collect rents, process rent payments
• Process invoices and work orders
• Maintain accurate records of tenant files including payments, work orders, late notices, memos, etc.
• Maintain building systems by scheduling maintenance services, vendors and supervising repairs
• Maintain property by walking it on a regular basis to address any maintenance issues, investigating and investigating/mediating tenant issues and complaints
• Inspect vacant units to assess repairs needed and scheduling vendors
• Skills include professionalism, good communication, Microsoft Office, Appfolio a plus but will train
• Minimum of 3 years on-site property management experience (include experience in the body of your resume)
