Specifically, investment in Information Technology (IT) systems is critical to the execution of our strategies. Continued global IT investment requires world class technical talent. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior TA Partner to support our global IT recruiting initiatives. She/he will have a direct impact on the evolution of the Information Technology team at Fortrea; supporting critical roles with visibility up to and including our Chief Information Officer.
Your bold ideas will help bring innovative medicines to market and advance modern healthcare. You will map our most critical talent markets, compile competitive intelligence, research industry trends, and share perspectives on how to best compete in the external talent landscape. You will experiment with innovative marketing and creative sourcing techniques, analyze conversion data, and measure channel effectiveness to increase return in our investments over time. You will own the Candidate Experience.

Here's What You'll Get to Do:

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner to determine current and future talent requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive methods.
  • Develop sourcing strategy for each vacancy and execute against that strategy.
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication.
  • Develop strong understanding of the Labcorp business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness.
  • Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage the use of our ATS and other Talent Acquisition tools and platforms, including social media, employee referral programs, lead generation sources, and professional associations.
  • Assist hiring managers in writing accurate and effective job postings.
  • Consult with hiring managers to help them make optimal hiring decisions.
  • Manage third party relationships to ensure appropriate service levels are being delivered and agreed terms are being followed.

Experience:
3+ years of recruiting experience, with strong emphasis on end to end recruitment management, sourcing, talent intelligence, networking and building talent pipelines.
Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree (or country equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Labcorp's Clinical Development and Commercialization Services business is now Fortrea in connection with its planned spin-off from Labcorp, which is expected in mid-2023. Fortrea's spin-off from Labcorp is subject to satisfaction of certain customary conditions. This spin-off will position both organizations for accelerated growth and allow each to focus resources on distinct strategic priorities, customer and employee needs and value creation opportunities. As a provider of phase I-IV clinical trial management, regulatory guidance, patient access solutions and market access consulting, Fortrea will partner with both emerging and large pharmaceutical, biotechnology, device and diagnostic companies to drive healthcare innovation and improve the lives of patients worldwide.

Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), and Company bonus where applicable.
