UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement our full suite HCM offering into within our Enterprise customer segment. A Project Manager within the Enterprise team is responsible for planning, managing, and leading a team to implement projects for large, complex customers within North America. Qualified candidates will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, some with multiple phases. This Technical Project Manager will be responsible for integrations, B.I., and customs.- Provide Project Management expertise to successfully lead a sub-set of project deliverables - typically integrations, customs, and reporting.
- Follow UKG's implementation methodology.
- Create, communicate, and manage detailed task lists, project plans, and RAID logs
- Manage and drive issues to closure
- Identify, discuss, and mitigate project risks
- Set and manage expectations for project deliverables with the project team
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and resources
- Prepare, coordinate, and lead meetings between customers and appropriate UKG Team members
- Ensure project sign-offs and artifacts are completed
- Hold both customers and team members accountable for meeting their project commitments
- Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders from individual contributors to executives
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:- 3+ years' experience project managing HCM implementations with external customers
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership presence
- Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
- Must be organized with time management skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
- General Business Acumen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PMP Certification preferred
