Sr. Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of the organization. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce platform, driving user adoption, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our Salesforce environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required or Salesforce Platform App Builder preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with demonstrated expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of importing & exporting data in Salesforce using tools such as Data Loader.
• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder) and familiarity with Apex and Visualforce development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
