Job Description
Project Consulting Group is actively hiring an ERP Project Manager skilled in implementations to drive the upgrades of ERP systems and applications. We are looking for “High Competence | High Character | Low Ego” leaders who are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about their field, and eager to deliver value to our clients.
Our ideal candidate:
- Ability to roll up sleeves and handle project management duties including preparing project plans, handling resources, status reporting, cross functional management ect.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Expert in MS Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement multiple ERP systems in manufacturing operations both large and small.
- Ensure project deliverables are defined and strategically aligned with business objectives.
- Define, estimate and schedule project tasks and interdependencies to achieve project scope.
- Identify project resource requirements and hold resources accountable for delivery.
- Adhere to approved project methodology and maintain project artifacts and records.
- Analyze project performance, create cost benefit analysis and identify optimal solutions.
- Implement corrective actions to ensure project success and facilitates project change requests.
- Provide stakeholder communications and progress reports that effectively outline the project status, risks, issues and action plans to ensure project success.
- Escalate risks and issues with potential significant impact.
- Work effectively to develop the project agenda and ensure adoption of project deliverables by all affected parties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of ERP implementation experience.
- Experience with supply chain and how to make it function in a cross functional, multi layered environment.
- Skilled in multiple project management and process best practices like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, Waterfall, Agile ect.
- Proven record of working on successful ERP implementations.
- Ability to gather, analyze and organize complex data and processes and arrive at reasonable and carefully substantiated conclusions.
- Strong organization, facilitation, planning and time management skills.
- Project Management or Process Certification.
