What you'll do

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Partner Engagement Manager to lead our Voice of the Partner Program. In this integral role, you will manage key elements of Partner Engagement, including overseeing Partner Advisory Boards (PABs), conducting the Annual Partner Satisfaction Survey (PSAT), implementing Additional Feedback Mechanisms, and facilitating Quarterly Internal Feedback Meetings. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting partner events, contributing to webinars' production, and assisting with our annual Partner Day. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Partner Programs and Experience (PPE).

Responsibility

  • Take ownership of the Voice of the Partner Program, overseeing its strategy and implementing enhancements
  • Lead Partner Advisory Boards (PABs), Annual Partner Satisfaction Survey (PSAT), Additional Feedback Mechanisms, and Quarterly Internal Feedback Meetings
  • Ensure the seamless integration of various feedback mechanisms to comprehensively understand partner sentiment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate action and improvements based on partner insights.
  • Communicate program updates and outcomes to internal partners
  • Lead and manage PABs for North America and EMEA regions
  • Guide dotted line reports for APAC PABs
  • Conduct biannual PAB meetings and facilitate track roundtable meetings on pertinent topics
  • Collect all feedback and translate it into actionable enhancements and improvements
  • Oversee the execution of the major PSAT annually, collaborating with a vendor for its seamless implementation
  • Analyze survey results to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and inform yearly planning and prioritization
  • Create comprehensive summaries that highlight key insights
  • Enhance feedback collection through various channels, including the partner portal, Developer Center, support cases, communities, web forms, and targeted surveys
  • Conduct regular analyses to identify priority areas for improvement
  • Host quarterly internal meetings to present partner feedback to key stakeholders across Marketing, Enablement, Product, Programs, and more
  • Act as the primary liaison between PPE and the DocuSign Communities Team
  • Collaborate closely on developing and enhancing the Partner Community within the new Community Platform and site
  • Produce 1-2 webinars monthly as part of the ongoing Partner Engagement strategy
  • Assist with the planning and execution of our annual Partner Day event

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in a Partner Engagement or closely related role
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing feedback, advisory boards, and surveys

Preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for conveying insights and facilitating effective dialogue
  • Strong analytical skills, showcasing the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights
  • Innate curiosity and a passion for consistently producing exceptional work, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all endeavors
  • Demonstrated program and project management proficiency with a track record of effectively planning, executing, and overseeing multifaceted initiatives
  • Expertise in event planning and execution, encompassing in-person and virtual settings, showcasing the capability to deliver engaging and impactful partner events
  • Experience working in cross-functional team environments, balancing multiple projects concurrently with various stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail ensures successful collaboration and project outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling effective conveyance of insights and engagement with diverse audiences
  • Proficient in managing the Zoom platform for meetings and webinars, staying current with updates and features to ensure seamless virtual event execution
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a master calendar of events and programs, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of activities
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements, showcasing the ability to enhance operations and support an optimal partner experience
  • Strong management skills, including leadership, adaptability, ownership, and self-motivation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are demonstrated through excellent written and verbal communication and a collaborative teamwork attitude
  • Ability to work remotely in a rapidly scaling organization, demonstrating adaptability to evolving work environments
  • A team player who navigates ambiguity and change with enthusiasm and a sense of humor, contributing positively to the team dynamic

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $118,300 - $182,775 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $111,600 - $153,525 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,600 - $162,625 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
