In this role, the MLO serves as a representative, offers product and service information, and promptly resolves client account issues with precision and effectiveness. We provide training, competitive compensation, and a relaxed and enjoyable working atmosphere.
Position Details:

Work hours are flexible, either 8-5pm or 9-6pm from Monday to Friday in a positive, non-micromanaging, and supportive work environment. Responsibilities:
The role involves managing high volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, exceeding sales goals and objectives, building sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships through effective communication, and providing accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools. The MLO is also responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining customer interaction records, processing customer accounts, and adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quotas, possesses strong phone handling and active listening skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer service skills, adaptability to interact with diverse personalities. A high school diploma is required.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly pay of $5,000.00 - $20,000.00. In terms of benefits, we offer a 401(k) plan, flexible schedule, and professional development assistance.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule includes an 8-hour shift, day shift, from Monday to Friday.
Supplemental Pay: The company provides additional compensation options.
