Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial information to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Evaluate loan applications and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide guidance to customers on loan products and services.
- Conduct credit checks and verify income sources.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers.

Job Position: Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)
In this role, the MLO serves as a representative, offers product and service information, and promptly resolves client account issues with precision and effectiveness. Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to the mortgage industry, we provide training, competitive compensation, and a relaxed and enjoyable working atmosphere.
The role involves managing high volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, exceeding sales goals, and objectives, building sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships through effective communication, and providing accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools, while adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Skills Required:
- The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quotas.
- Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
- Must possess strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer service orientation.
- Adaptability to interact with diverse personalities, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.
- A high school diploma is required.
