Loan Officer

```Duties```
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of loan applications
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risk assessment of potential borrowers
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and information
- Guide clients through the loan application process, providing clear explanations and answering any questions or concerns
- Utilize loan origination software, such as Blink, to input and track loan applications
- Coordinate with underwriters and loan processors to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in lending practices
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, maintaining open lines of communication with clients

```Experience```
- Proven experience in the financial services industry, specifically in loan origination or related roles
- Strong knowledge of loan underwriting and credit analysis processes
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures, including escrow and closing processes
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate loan options to clients
- Proficient in using loan origination software, such as Ease or similar programs
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to accurately assess borrower's financial information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
