Job Position: Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

Position Details:
This position is not remote. We provide daily fresh leads, offer growth opportunities, and promote a healthy work-life balance. Work hours are flexible, either 8-6pm from Monday to Thursday and 8-5pm Friday in a positive, non-micromanaging, and supportive work environment. We provide competitive commission and a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
The role involves managing high volumes of incoming and outbound calls, generating sales leads, exceeding sales goals and objectives, building sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships through effective communication, and providing accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools. The MLO is also responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining customer interaction records, and adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quotas, possesses strong phone handling and active listening skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer service orientation, adaptability to interact with diverse personalities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A high school diploma is required.
