PLB Lending is a full service mortgage broker looking for experienced, licensed Loan Officers to join our amazing, growing team! We are currently licensed to originate mortgages in all of Michigan and Florida!

Duties

-Develop referral networks to locate prospects
- Evaluate loan applications and determine the eligibility of borrowers
- Collect and analyze financial information to assess the creditworthiness of applicants
- Guide clients through the loan application process and provide them with relevant information and options
- Review loan agreements to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in lending practices

Experience

- Have an approved NMLS license
- At least 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processing procedures, and underwriting guidelines
- Proficiency in using loan origination software and other relevant tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Familiarity with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for borrowers
- Attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate loan calculations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
