The Senior Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications will be essential in advancing the Investor Relations program and building the Corporate Communications function at Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. This role will be a crucial player in the evolving strategy and transformation across the Company. You will collaborate with leadership and communication teams across our global brands to ensure we effectively communicate our strategy, operational updates, financial results, and competitive advantages to the financial community and other internal and external stakeholders.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare investor materials such as presentations, earnings announcements, speaker notes, Q&A documents, and corporate external communications
- Work closely with the finance team to analyze financial results and compile essential statistics and other relevant information during the quarterly earnings announcement and conference call and throughout the quarter during regular discussions with investors.
- Monitor consensus estimates and reviews analyst models quarterly.
- Assist in requests for external current/prospective shareholder engagement activities, including conference calls, non-deal roadshows, in-house meetings, and conference appearances.
- Collaborate with leaders of functions, subsidiaries, or product categories to align internal and external communications around business strategy.
- Analyze and interpret trends, variances, and business performance. Develop actionable business insights and recommendations. Communicate findings and recommendations to management clearly and concisely.
- Perform competitive financial analysis of publicly-traded peers and conduct benchmarking analysis to help inform our Investor Relations communications.
- Prepare presentations for Sr. Management / Board Review, including investors’ feedback, analysts’ positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, periodic ownership analysis, and board materials.
- Support the communication of the Company’s ESG and Sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare briefing materials and coordinate logistics for business and financial media interviews.
- Other duties as assigned to support functional goals.

- Strong organizational and project/time management skills. This is critical.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present financial data and recommendations to all levels of management in a clear, concise, and effective manner to support decision-making processes at all levels.
- Solid knowledge of valuation and financial modeling and/or external/SEC reporting.
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment.
- Advanced knowledge and skill level in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, required.
- 8+ years total work experience, with a minimum of two years experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Strategy.
