POSITION SUMMARY
Provide service to advisors and their clients, handling subscriptions and closing process from start to finish. Manage specific account relationships and ensure account management, including transfers, re-registrations to custodians, and other account updates, which requires knowledge about certain regulatory, compliance and legal requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage investor onboarding and training efforts from start to finish, coordinating communication and actions with the advisor and their client(s) on processes and document review.
  • Perform regulatory checks and verifications; understanding investors' needs/requirements and managing timelines to ensure investment deadlines are met.
  • Manage entry and updates of investor accounts in Salesforce, ensuring financial professional contact information is current, and creating and tracking investor transactions, client account updates, call/service tracking, and sales reporting. Provide insight into new system functionalities for continued efficiencies of Salesforce use.
  • Handle daily closings, coordinating all the necessary internal and external parties, applicable deadlines, and authorization of fund movement.
  • Process account maintenance for all products including transfers, re-registrations to custodians, and account updates for current investors and financial advisors.
  • Respond to all incoming inquiries, providing basic updates on certain investments, virtual meetings/demos to review paperwork, and/or the navigation of the investor portal.
  • As applicable, manage specific relationships with broker-dealer offices or certain financial professionals and their clients, who regularly request quarterly sales reporting, kit tracking, and other compliance-related items.
  • May participate in the buildout and launch of third-party platforms. Facilitate internal/external training of the system, tests functionalities, provide feedback, and makes suggestions for improvement prior to launch. Once live, coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure trades are processed and routed accurately within the system.
  • Provide support to Sales Strategy Specialists, participating on calls to run through documentation and answer operational questions.
  • Manage fulfillment of offering materials with vendor. Track and retain kit records for compliance purposes, and home office inquiries.
  • Complete ad hoc requests, special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Relevant Work Experience: Minimum two years' experience in Investor Relations or Advisor Services role. Three to five years' experience in Real Estate and/or Financial Services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the regulatory, compliance and legalities for investor account changes/updates is preferred. Previous experience working with registered representatives, broker dealers, registered investment advisors, and/or investors. Knowledge of 1031 tax deferred exchanges, qualified opportunity zone funds, and/or real estate development funds preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, most importantly Outlook, Word, and Excel. CRM experience essential, Salesforce preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Continuously prioritize multiple projects with a high degree of flexibility and focus on quality.
  • Work with strong level of decorum, maintaining trust and confidentiality in relationships and processes.
  • Strong time and project management skills, ensures all assigned reports and tasks are prepared and delivered on a timely basis with the highest level of accuracy.
  • Work independently with little management oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, identify system and workflow risks and areas for improvement, and provide solution-oriented recommendations.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for this exempt full-time position is $65,000 - $85,000 annual base salary + bonus eligibility + benefits.
Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. This posted starting salary range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
