The Investor Relations Administrator will assist the Company’s Investor Relations team by performing various administrative functions related to our investors. This position must have a great attitude and provide great customer service. The Investor Relations Administrator will play an integral role in the company’s equity raises, reporting, and maintaining our investor database (CRM). The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail oriented, and be able to handle the stress of peak busy times.
The Investor Relations Administrator will perform various administrative functions including but not limited to:
Customer Service and Investor Administration
- Monitor the department email inbox and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Draft various forms and/or agreements
- Maintain database (CRM)
- Assist with various department-related tasks and events
Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Refinances
- Maintaining investor lists for marketing new investment offerings
- Lead the review, tracking, and filing of subscription agreements, limited partnership documents, and wires for money raises
- Initiate checklist and maintain required documentation
- Follow up with investors who are missing paperwork or funds
Quarterly and Annual Reporting
- Manage the distribution of quarterly reports to investors through Investor Portal uploads and, in some cases, physical mailings
- Upload annual tax information to the portal
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and other MS Office applications
- Attention to detail when reviewing paperwork
- Prior work experience with Docusign, Adobe and Yardi preferred
- Prefer 2 years of experience in an office administrative environment
- Prior legal experience with documents, agreements, trusts, and legal entities such as LP/LLCs helpful
- Prior work experience with clients that provide sensitive personal information
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and a resourceful team player
- Ability to manage the stress of meeting strict transaction deadlines while handling multiple tasks/projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
This position offers $22-$26/hr with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and so much more! This is a hybrid position offering 2 days remote and 3 days in office.
