Key job responsibilities
Builds an annual upper funnel GTM plan for the US, including target segments, ongoing messaging, upper funnel channel mix, necessary investment and KPIs. Builds out annual messaging calendar based on Amazon sales events, relevant customer moments and the release of compelling new product/content news for prospective subscribers.
Provides inputs to the AK+ Marketing QBR describing upper funnel learning/results from the previous quarter and recommended actions, optimizations and investments for the subsequent 3-6 months.
Leads development of the annual AK+ influencer strategy, budget and KPIs. Works in partnership with PR to ensure influencer goals and strategies are aligned. Primary liaison with influencer agency.
Works with PR to develop an annual media relations strategy that ensures ongoing coverage of AK+ in line with annual US messaging objectives.
Evaluates opportunities for external partnerships, sponsorships and third-party awards that will contribute to AK+ brand perception goals among prospective AK+ subscribers. Presents recommendations to AK+ leadership.
Works with AK+ Research to build new ways of measuring AK+ familiarity changes among targeted prospective customers.
Works with AK+ Creative team to regularly examine the content and resources on the AK+ brand portal and ensure it’s providing the organization-wide guidance required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
