Job Duties

• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer, system and network issues
• 5+ years of experience in a service desk / help desk environment
• One or more IT certification (A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL, etc)
• Must have 3+ years experience working in ServiceNow environment
• Identify, log and resolve Tier II technical issues in a timely fashion
• Assist users with 2FA setup for access to IT resources
• Image and deploy laptops\desktops

Knowledge or experience pertaining to the following software:

• Office 365
• Windows 10
• ServiceNow
• McAfee endpoint Encryption
• Intune
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive
• SharePoint
• Active Directory
• Bitlocker
