Job Duties
- Act as the initial point of contact for all computer, system and network issues
- 5+ years of experience in a service desk / help desk environment
- One or more IT certification (A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL, etc)
- Must have 3+ years experience working in ServiceNow environment
- Identify, log and resolve Tier II technical issues in a timely fashion
- Assist users with 2FA setup for access to IT resources
- Image and deploy laptops\desktops
Knowledge or experience pertaining to the following software:
- Office 365
- Windows 10
- ServiceNow
- McAfee endpoint Encryption
- Intune
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
- Active Directory
- Bitlocker
