Lowe Rental, Inc is one of the world’s leading rental refrigeration and catering equipment businesses. We provide refrigeration, catering equipment and temporary kitchens to tradeshows, sporting events, music festivals and retailers across the US.
We are seeking a results-oriented IT support engineer to manage our company's IT infrastructure, SAAS systems and users. Working together with our small internal IT team and outsourced service delivery team, the aim is to deliver IT services to our global user base. To ensure success you should possess experience in Active Directory and Office365 administration. An accomplished IT engineer will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.
```Responsibilities```
- Provide technical support to a global workforce for all IT-related issues including software, hardware, and networking.
- Upgrade, Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners to meet company objectives
- Liasing with our outsourced service desk staff to ensure solutions are delivered against SLA’s and set up and maintain VPN connections for remote users.
- Azure Active Directory administration
- Manage and resolve incidents using portals and ticketing systems.
- Perform firewall administration and ensure network security.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Documenting processes with a view to improving both internal IT & 3rd party performance
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
```Experience```
- Proven 2+ years' experience in IT support roles with a strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Office applications and proficiency in computer hardware setup and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear technical guidance to non-technical users.
- Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus.

Salary: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
