Form of work Responsibilities
Administers various human resource procedures for all facility personnel; assists in development and implementation of Human Resources procedures, performs duties in the following functional areas: compensation, job descriptions, new hire on-boarding, employee evaluations, HRIS reporting, and benefits. The Sr. HR Specialist supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and models the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups. Exhibits effective leadership skills through planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating departmental functions in relation to the UHS and the MMH vision, mission, strategic goals and values and in accordance with TJC's leadership standards. Other duties as assigned.

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for 65 years. Part of the Manatee Healthcare System, the hospital has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. The 295-bed hospital with over 550 physicians, residents and allied health professionals, offers advanced healthcare services in a caring and compassionate environment. Services include cardiac care and cardiovascular medicine, emergency care for all ages, surgery services - including robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci® Surgical System, a weight-loss program, orthopedic services, outpatient and inpatient radiology and rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care and women's and children's services. Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3-5 years of Human Resource experience, or 7 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience
