KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide subject matter expertise across multiple HR Systems including: Background Check System (Universal), eVerify, HRIS (Paycom).
- Provide end-user training and support for Background Check System: Resolve and troubleshoot system-related issues experienced by end-users.
- In a demanding, high-volume environment, provide front-line support to field leaders, answering “tier 1” HR-related questions and concerns, juggle multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Provide support and crucial follow up for Worker's Compensation and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requests.
- Review/confirm invoices for accuracy as well as open, distribute and reply to HR-related mail.
- Identify business process efficiency opportunities and make applicable recommendations to team.
- Liaison between external vendors and internal business partners; collaborate with People & Culture teammates, all corporate departments and field operations on projects, and any operational support that is needed.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from HR Systems for field and senior leadership and analyze data and present in a way that is translatable to business leaders.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, annual compliance reports (EEO, BLS, etc.) utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree strongly preferred.
- Strong administrative skills including highly organized, ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects, manage time effectively and be proactive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using critical thinking to recommend solutions and summarize complex data.
