Job Description
Our client, a leading non-profit medical center in Westchester County, is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Analyst, as a key member of the HR team. The Sr. HR Analyst is responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis for the HR Department.
This role is also responsible for the Hospital’s development, implementation, and management of compensation and HR analytics program strategy and execution that support business objectives and people strategy.
Specifically, collect and transform large quantities of information into meaningful business initiatives by critically evaluating information from various sources, distinguishing user needs from actual business needs, and partnering with stakeholders and project managers.
The position is hybrid and based in White Plains, NY.
