Job Description Analyze, audit and modify data to assure data quality Run data queries to identify data exceptions, as well as cleaning data Validate deduction amounts and/or arrears for the health carriers Review and compare Benefits Recons Document processes and maintain data records Assisting in testing for Open Enrollment on a yearly basis (Multiple Testing Phases, Monitoring issues, Creating incidents, Overviewing Specs and PeopleSoft Communications) Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection Create and maintain Service Now tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response Identify, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed Participate in trainings to stay updated on applicable software, policies and procedures Oral and written communications will be incorporated to address health carriers benefit issues/ questions Act as the liaison on behalf of the employees with external agencies such as and health carriers Respond to employee inquiries related to benefit issues/ questions. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Qualifications 1. A Baccalaureate Degree in relevant field from an accredited college or university; and, 2.
One year of experience in a business, government, hospital, educational institution or non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems, methods and procedures, management information development and data coordination. Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or, 3. A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting or relevant field from an accredited college or university; or, 4.
A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
