Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Escrow Officer to join our team. As a Senior Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for managing the escrow process for real estate transactions. Your expertise in escrow procedures, loan processing, and compliance with regulations will ensure smooth and efficient transactions for our clients. Duties: - Oversee the entire escrow process from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines - Review contracts, title commitments, and other relevant documents to identify any issues or discrepancies - Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to gather necessary information and documentation - Prepare settlement statements and other closing documents in accordance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations - Conduct thorough credit analysis and verification of funds for all parties involved in the transaction - Coordinate with title companies to obtain title insurance policies and resolve any title issues that may arise - Manage the disbursement of funds upon successful completion of the transaction - Maintain accurate records of all escrow transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills: - Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, including loan processing and mortgage servicing - Familiarity with TILA regulations, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant laws governing real estate transactions - Proficient in basic math calculations and 10-key typing - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively If you are a dedicated professional with a strong background in escrow services, we invite you to apply for this position.
