We are looking for one experienced Escrow Officers that have an established book of business. We are an innovative, growth-minded and a driven company looking for people we can support and grow in their business. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Looking forward to growing together!
The Escrow Officer is responsible for monitoring the progress of a real estate transaction from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain multiple escrow files, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all parties involved are in compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, and title documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a liaison between all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders, to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Review and approve funding and disbursement instructions, ensuring that all funds are distributed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure that all escrow files are closed accurately and timely, including recording of documents with the appropriate county recorder's office.
Qualifications:
- Escrow officer with 3 years+ of experience
- Extremely proficient with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 star client experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
